Today we learned something new in math. It is called using a "partial sum algorithm" to solve two and three digit addition problems. I am not sending homework on this tonight, but I found this website with a nice simple explanation of the steps we use to solve this type of problem. The girls are aware that we use different strategies at different times and this is one that we will be using this year.
